“Good morning and welcome to the Environmental Romanian Forum and to the Romanian Forum of Transportation, we are now officially opening. We thank you for your presence. My name is Adrian Relicovschi and I am the president of the Association Gestionnaires Sans Frontieres, which has organised this event. At the official opening the moderator is Mr. Dan Manoleli, and I shall ask him to present our guests for this morning. Thank you.”

“Let me introduce our guests to the Environmental Forum third session hosted at the Parliament Hall. To the left side is Mr. Romica TOMESCU, The Minister of Environment who, as you know, heads the ministry in this difficult period of scarce financial resources; to the right side is H.E. the Ambassador of the USA, Mr.James ROSAPEPPE; further is Mr. Viorel LIS, General Mayor of Bucharest; H.E. the Ambassador of Denmark, Mr.Eric BOM, (as you know Denmark has many bilateral projects with Romania and the Government of Denmark is helping to solve problems related to environmental protection), and Mr. Adrian Marinescu, State Secretary at the Ministry of Transportation.

It is a pleasure to have them, here with us, and I shall ask them to say few words on these matters before the general opening of the exhibition. Let me give the floor to Mr. Minister Romica Tomescu.”
